Director of Communications

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and action-oriented storyteller to build and execute PR, marketing, and content strategies that support and advance All Raise’s goals.



  • Develop and execute strategies and tactics for impactful press coverage of All Raise and the founders and funders in our community.

  • Generate, edit, publish and share thought leadership content on our owned channels that highlight the stories and successes of the All Raise community.

  • Manage the All Raise speakers’ bureau of founders and funders and match the right speakers with the most impactful opportunities.

  • Spearhead creative branded content development, including video,  design and physical branding.

  • Guide social engagement of the All Raise community and manage the All Raise channels.

  • Oversee all website updates and needs.



  • 7+ years experience in communications — at an agency, a company, a political campaign or a fast-paced non-profit.

  • Some in-house experience required.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Experience and facility with digital marketing tools for websites, community management, social analytics.

  • Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.

  • A can-do attitude, a strong POV, and an optimistic approach to problem-solving.

  • Startup tech experience and facility with digital marketing preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree.
